1.) Eat foods that increase the bodies levels of testosterone, such as:
- Oysters
- Crab / Salmon/ Sea Food
- Nuts / Seeds
- Beef / Liver / Chicken / Turkey
- Beans
- Brown Rice
- Cheese
- Zinc (supplement in pill form)
2.) Eat RAW foods that decrease levels of estrogen in the body, such as:
- Broccoli
- Cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Brussel Sprouts
- Bok Choi
- Radishes
- Turnips
- Kale
- Fibber (to flush out toxins)
3.) Eat more healthy fats such as:
- Omega-3 fats
- Nuts / Seeds
- Fatty Fish, Salmon & Tuna
- Avocados
- Olives
- Vegetable Oils
- Natural Peanut Butter
This should consists of 20-30% of your dietary intake.
5.) Loose fat, which causes increased levels of estrogen
6.) Get lots of sleep (at least 7 hours a day)
7.) Avoid heavy alcohol consumption (three drinks a day or more is too much)
