I found out about Isometrics after looking into the deferent workouts that Bruce Lee used to use. A pretty in-depth article can be found HERE.
Here’s what Wikipedia had to say about it:
Isometric exercise or isometrics are a type of strength training in which the joint angle and muscle length do not change during contraction (compared to concentric or eccentric contractions, called dynamic/isotonic movements). Isometrics are done in static positions, rather than being dynamic through a range of motion.
In addition I have found a PDF online of the book Bruce Lee used when learning about Isometrics, which can be viewed HERE.
Hope someone finds this interesting and perhaps makes some use of it.
I can’t get enough videos of young Tyson wrecking guys in the wring who were much taller then him. Maybe not super graceful but speed and power yes!
When I frist found this video I watched it on loop for an afternoon. I had forgotten about it till today. Took me a while to track down the video, now that I have ill post it on here for my own greedy reasons so I can easily find it next time I wanna watch it.

I had been searching the web like mad trying to find plans on how to build a foldaway drawing table, as my living space is limited. Nothing came to fruition, so I finally sketched up my own plans. Unfortunately I think I scrapped the plans, but you can pretty much see the construction from the photos. I inset a piece of plexiglass in the centre so that I can use it as a a light table when I place a light beneath. I hope some other people are able to find this on the web and use it as inspiration. It was fun to building and even more fun drawing on it!
