Naturaly Increase Testosterone

1.) Eat foods that increase the bodies levels of testosterone, such as:

  • Oysters
  • Crab / Salmon/ Sea Food
  • Nuts / Seeds
  • Beef / Liver / Chicken / Turkey
  • Beans
  • Brown Rice
  • Cheese
  • Zinc (supplement in pill form)

2.) Eat  RAW foods that decrease levels of estrogen in the body, such as:

  • Broccoli
  • Cabbage
  • Cauliflower
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Bok Choi
  • Radishes
  • Turnips
  • Kale
  • Fibber (to flush out toxins)

3.) Eat more healthy fats such as:

  • Omega-3 fats
  • Nuts / Seeds
  • Fatty Fish, Salmon & Tuna
  • Avocados
  • Olives
  • Vegetable Oils
  • Natural Peanut Butter

This should consists of 20-30% of your dietary intake.

5.) Loose fat, which causes increased levels of estrogen

6.) Get lots of sleep (at least 7 hours a day)

7.) Avoid heavy alcohol consumption (three drinks a day or more is too much)
